As a multi-passionate coach, I offer many avenues to access my support and teachings at a variety of price points. Depending on where you're looking to uplevel your life, I have something for everyone.

1:1 COACHING

If you're looking for a major life upgrade--whether that's changing careers, moving across the country, or finally deciding to do THAT THING that scares the bejeezus out of you--and want individualized support along the way, this container is for you. Together, we'll identify what is and isn't working for you, explore the root thoughts keeping you stuck, develop an action plan, and watch your goals become reality.

FITNESS & YOGA CLASSES

If you love (or are even just interested in) the mind-body connection for nurturing your physical self, calming the endless hurricane that is your brain, and unlocking greater happiness and health, join me in person or virtually for one of my fitness classes.

WORKSHOPS

If you prefer to learn in hands-on group settings where you can take what you learn with you and implement it later, check out my events schedule below. There's a variety of local, in-person offerings in the Estes Park area as well as several online gatherings as well.
